• Our orders typically ship within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
• You’ll get your tracking info as soon as your order hits the road! 📦✨
Domestic Shipping
• Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $175!
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after it ships.
• Want to combine multiple orders placed within a week? Just shoot us an email, angel—we’ve got you!
International Shipping
• Yes, we ship worldwide, because style knows no borders!
• Please note: import duties & tariffs are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Stolen Packages
• Once your order is with the carrier, it’s out of our hands (we wish we could hand-deliver everything 💔).
• If your package is lost or marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please file a claim with USPS.
• USPS requires a 15-day wait before claims can be submitted.
Incorrect Addresses
• Make sure your shipping info is correct before checking out, angel!
• Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will need re-delivery postage to be sent back out.

We know shopping online can be tricky sometimes, so we’ve teamed up with Re:Do to offer FREE unlimited returns, exchanges + package protection (yes please 💕). Just add Re:Do at checkout, and if something doesn’t work out, you can send it back for store credit —no stress, all style!

No worries, angel! You can still return your items the usual way. You’ll be able to grab a discounted return label through Re:Do—so you can save time and money while getting your return sorted. ✨
💌 How to Return Your Items:
Pop over to our Return Portal and fill out the return form before sending anything back.
Make sure your items are wrapped up safely and ready for their trip back to us. 🎀
Use your Re:Do label or QR code.
Once we receive your return, give us 2–3 business days to process it.
You’ll get an email with your store credit once everything’s all set.

Return Policy Details
We want you to absolutely love everything you order, but if something doesn’t work out, here’s how our return process works:
Return Window
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Once your return is approved, you’ll have 4 days to ship it back.
• Returns are issued as store credit only.
Non-Returnable Items
• Angel Deals, items marked 20% off or more, shoes, and swimwear are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Condition
• Items must be unworn, with tags still attached.
• Please return items free of makeup stains, pet hair, or smoke odors.
• Returns that don’t meet these standards may be denied.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive an item that’s damaged or defective, please report it within 2 days by emailing info@shopjanae.com with photos, and by submitting a claim through our return portal.
