Thank you for your interest in Shop Janáe. Our return policy allows for returns in exchange for store credit only within 7 days of delivery date. We also offer free exchanges through re:do!

We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, and we want to make sure you have the flexibility to find something that suits you better. By offering store credit, you can choose a new item that better fits your needs and preferences without having to worry about the hassle of refunds. Store credit can be used towards any future purchases.

At Shop Janáe, we are committed to providing a positive shopping experience for all of our customers. To maintain this standard, we monitor returns carefully. 
If we notice an unusually high volume of returns from a particular customer, we reserve the right to limit or refuse future orders. We kindly ask that customers review product details thoroughly before making purchases to avoid unnecessary returns.

About Re:do

Checkout with the $1 Re:Do product for free unlimited returns for store credit on your order if needed and send it back for free if it doesn’t work. Exchanges are offered if you need a different size. This is only compatible with our website at this time.

Didn’t checkout with Re:Do? You will still return like normal and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money! 

Return Instructions

You must complete the return form found in our  Returns Portal  before mailing back your items. 

Please wrap items in durable packaging to ensure a safe delivery.

We accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you as a gift card code.
